You can ask us to delete your Boafo AI account and associated personal information.

Email support@myboafo.com from the address associated with your account. Use the subject “Boafo AI data deletion request”.
Confirm account ownership
We may ask for limited information to verify that you are authorised to make the request. Never send your password, access token or payment details.
Deletion is completed
After verification, we will delete or anonymise the account and associated personal information within 30 days, unless information must be retained for security, dispute resolution or legal obligations.
What the request covers
A verified request may include account details, workspace membership, sessions, connected integration credentials and personal information associated with the workspace. If you are a customer of a business that uses Boafo AI, contact that business first because it controls its customer records.
Restricted backups may retain encrypted copies for up to 90 days before routine deletion. These copies are not used for normal business operations.
